Handle Customer Inquiries
Answer phone calls and respond to messages via WhatsApp, WeChat, and website chat tools
Requirements: Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken & written), clear communication, friendly tone
Patient Reception & Guidance
Greet and assist walk-in patients, guide them through clinic procedures
Requirements: Familiar with clinic workflow, coordinate patient flow based on therapist/doctor availability
Medication Preparation Support
Prepare medications as per doctor’s prescription
Requirements: Able to read Chinese medication names, locate medicines quickly and accurately
Billing & Instructions
Handle payment collection and explain medication usage as instructed by the doctor
Requirements: Ensure billing accuracy, verify invoices and prescriptions
